Organic-Photo-Conductor Drum
The OPC Drum(Organic Photo Conductor Drum) is photoreceptor that enable electrophotographic technology as an organic photoreceptor. It is the product which is coated with organic polymer that can form an electrical latent image on the aluminum surface. This is core component used in office automation quipment such as LBP (Laser Beam Print), PP-FAX (A4 FAX), and PPC (Copier). The OPC drum is a key part that works the most important role in electrophotographic technology. Through the micro detailed arrangement of positive electrons and Negative electrons, the electronic image that exists in the form of digital data could be implemented as a real image on paper using Toner powder as a Medium. It comprises a conductible aluminum tube supporting the coatings which include a charge transportlater CTL, charge creating layer CGL and a UCL restricting charge movement.
